Messages and email addresses may be retained to reply and are not shared outside the organization unless service delivery or law requires it.
Automatic Technical Data
Servers and analytics may receive IP address, browser and version, device and operating system, pages, time spent, referrer, and timestamps. Cookies support measurement and advertising. Browser settings can reject them, although features may differ.

Outside Sites and Recipients
